“Crisis of the current model of exploitation of natural resources”

From the beginnings of mankind natural resources have been the genesis of any development. Over the centuries and successive innovations accelerated by the Industrial Revolution, different models of exploitation of our natural resources have gone so far as to challenge the sustainability and future of the planet. To question our methods, to consider other alternatives and to consider new technologies as the only way out of the exhaustion of those considered until now as resources and fundamental pillar of our way of life: oil, coal and natural gas. It is the mission of the economic and social committee to respond to this dilemma of our century and to urge all countries to consider this problem and adopt a model for the use of resources that guarantees sustainability.
